Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center and Nursing Home offers residential long-term care services in a comfortable homey atmosphere. We also offer short term rehabilitation stays as well as respite care. Rehabilitative services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are available.
Dr. John F. Simmons serves as the Medical Director of Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center and Nursing Home. Dr. Simmons has practiced family medicine for the past 37 years. His experience and expertise are valuable assets to our residents. Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center and Nursing Home is unique in that a hospital and emergency room are next door.
We offer a community where our residents can experience the balance of independence with the supporting guidance to maintain their physical, mental, and spiritual health. Our residents are provided balanced meals. All specialized, dietary needs are met. We value our residents and work to improve their quality of life.
