Clincial Supervisor

Summary: A Professional Registered Nurse who plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates nursing departments, staffing. He/she has the authority and responsibility for taking all reasonable steps to assure that optimal quality of Nursing care is provided, Nursing care objectives established, met and are in accordance of delegated authority and all Policies and Procedures are consistent with the Hospital, Medical Staff, and the Alabama Board of Nursing. Functions as a member of the Administrative team to assure the facility’s mission, vision and goals are accomplished.

KSA: Knowledgeable with Med Surg, Emergent and Geri-psych level patients

Education: ADN level

Experience: 2 years of management skills preferred
